You can't cook a fritter around here without a damn Triceratops showing up.
Corn Fritters served with a Thai Sweet Chili Sauce. I’m not even going to pretend that it’s my own recipe. I got it here at Hilah Cooking. You should add her to your favorites and watch all her cooking videos. I’m not sure, but I think she’s either drunk or hungover in most of them, which I can personally relate to, and which makes her videos even more awesome. She’s even DNA testing her hobo mixed-breed dog for a contest in one video.
