I've had a rotten stinking cold all weekend because assholes can't stay home when they're sick, let alone cover their mouths when they cough. In between watching bad television today and chugging Nyquil I decided to make some chicken tacos in the crock pot. I needed a meal I could prepare that wouldn't burn my house down while I faded in and out of consciousness. I took pictures because, well, I knew this would be the highlight of my weekend.
First you empty a can of drained corn, and a can of rinsed and drained black beans into the crock pot.
On top of that empty a packet of taco seasoning.
Then lay three boneless, skinless chicken breasts on top of that. I didn't take a pic of that step because I think I passed out for a little bit there. Then on top of the chicken, dump a jar of your favorite salsa. I like hot salsa, not that you asked.
Cover and cook on low for six to seven hours. Then take out your chicken, shred it and mix it back in the crock pot. Then make your tacos. I just used sour cream and shredded sharp cheddar cheese because I have an aversion to lettuce being put on anything hot. Not that you asked.

Lunch tomorrow? Those look absolutely yummy!!! Have you thought about putting up a rubber curtain around your office? Or possible a baseball bat under your desk so when they sneeze on you , you can WHACK them across their knees.Or in their face, which ever... Why don't you just take your TASER to work. That would do it!

DAMN THAT LOOKS SO GOOD. Sorry for the caps but Mexican food is my thing I could eat every meal every day forever and ever and I mean it.

I agree. Lettuce put on hot things is wrong. Also, the bitch who coughed and sneezed all over you at work because she was a SELFISH MORON who wouldn't stay the fuck HOME, needs to be . . .
STABBED. And re-infected. I know, you're thinking, "If I STAB her, why bother reinfecting her, since she'll be dead already, from the stabbing?"
I have no good answer for that but I stand by my statement. And hope you are feeling better, or at least good enough to go cough on that WHORE.

I need to ask Nick how you can take pictures that illuminate something without being blaring. I hate taking pictures of food because it is so bright.
